Faith Over Feelings

Faith isn’t about waiting to “feel ready” — it’s choosing to trust God even when your situation doesn’t make sense. Hebrews 11:1 says, “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

Noah built before there was rain.
Abraham left before he had the map.
David stepped up before he looked qualified.

Here’s the pattern: Faith makes the first move — then God shows the results.

What’s one area in your life where God is nudging you to trust Him? Your future? Your finances? Your purpose?

Today, choose faith over feelings. God doesn’t need you to have it all figured out — just to say “yes” and take the step.

Prayer:
God, help me trust You more than my feelings, doubts, or fears. Give me bold faith to move when You say move. Amen.

I remember my younger years like probably my late 20s going into my 30s. Moving by feeling instead of by faith. I’ve learned that when I moved by feelings, it did not feel right and did not come to pass. It was all the wrong steps that I was taking. Faith for me is waiting on God to do what he is going to do in our lives in his time and in his season, it could take so long could take years. It will take months learning to be patient with God.
I’m learning that even more faith, not moving in our own fleshly desire of feelings, but praying for God to manifest what he wants in our life.
